• Items must be unused, and in their original undamaged packaging. 
• We will refund you for the product within 14 days.
• We cannot provide refunds for shipping costs.

All of our orders are packed within 3 working days, and sent via Royal Mail's Tracked48. You will recieve a tracking number once we dispatch your order.
